About the Loaned Executive Program: PDF brochure

Loaned Executives are a critical part of every United Way campaign. Without their help in coordinating employee giving campaigns, United Way would never be able to support priority needs here in our community.

Loaned Executives are made available to United Way part time for 14 weeks and become part of the campaign team. They participate in public speaking, team building, leadership and sales training that enhances and develops valuable skills the employees take back to their companies after the campaign.

The sponsoring company continues to pay the employee’s salary and benefits, allowing the United Way to minimize operating costs while maximizing our impact in the community.
